Thumbnail maker for Android needed

Thanks to accept me on this forum .
I would need help.
I'm looking long time already for a thumbnail maker app for android. Not an app where you can make only one thumbnail for youtube or equal .
I'm looking for thumbnail maker what read the full movie and create a thumbnail foto collage with random images of the movie , like the thumbnail maker for windows .
Someone know a good app for this porpose?
