I want to withdraw cash from paypal to my bank account... It looks flat, but anyhow what are the key things before adding an account, on doing transaction and post withdrawls? Tell me these as i am gonna do it for the first time..

Also, does all the banks in india supports EFT(electronic fund transfer)?
The bank where i hold an account has the ifsc code.. shall i directly go add that account to paypal? or should i look out and confirm for something else?

Hi,

Almost 99% of indian Banks can be attached with paypal Account . Just by adding your IFSC Code . ICICI & other private Banks take just 3days for transcation process to complete .. On other hand nationalized Banks like SBI , etc.. take 5 days for transcation.

This above stuff is according to my experience with Paypal & indian banks..

Thank you,

As stated, for every transaction there will be fee of Rs.50. Is that taken by bank or paypal or overall? Is there any chance of few extras been charged?

no chance of extra charge .............. only Rs.50 will be deducted from the withdrawal amount

I use Andhra Bank, I usually get money 72 hours

@ DJGaurav
It's taking 2 business days for me @ SBI and the money will be credited to your account mostly on evening times between 5 to 7.

@ raflamo
You can verify with SBI Yuva Card (International Debit Card). I verified mine with that card.

@ jerin
Rs.50 will charged only when your withdrawal amount is less than Rs.7000

I am responding to your recent inquiry regarding the ACH electronic
funds transfer that you requested from your PayPal account. Our records
indicate that this transfer has been successfully sent to your Union
Bank of India (India) account ending with 5340 on Nov. 16, 2009 in the
amount of Rs.**,***.** INR. This ACH transaction has not been rejected
back to us by your bank; therefore we suggest that you contact your bank
to see if these funds have posted to your account. PayPal has no control
over the length of time it takes your bank to post their credits, and we
do not receive confirmation when your credit has been received by your
bank. Please note that the funds may have posted with our processing
bank name and not the name of PayPal.

If you would like us to initiate a trace for that transfer, we would
first need to receive a copy of your physical bank statement from Nov.
17, 2009 through Dec. 17, 2009. Please fax that information to
1-402-537-5750, Attn: Global Services Trace Request. As soon as we have
received this information, we will initiate a trace and contact you with
the results when they have been received.
I've to wait until Dec. 17 :(
