Use Themeforest to narrow your search. This looks more like a custom developed theme that has a high CTR.

Its a rather basic WP theme, just uses post meta as the thumbnail and the post content has the screens =/

You need to search for plugins with allow to create directories or change the way of showing content. If you have some knowledge about CSS then you can edit simple theme for yours needs.
