Hey everyone,
A few months ago I decided to get a custom theme created for my proxy site. Since I don't need this theme any more as I have a new purpose for my site I decided to sell it here in the form of a auction. Here is a screenshot of the theme:

As you can easily see an adcode can easily be placed at the bottom of the site like I have done. As for the logo you can simply change it yourself as the logo image is a transparent one.
