Theme edit help

Hi there,

I'm using vbulletin 4 and I was wondering if there is a way to edit this part of the theme:

Im would want to make it longer (width) so it goes to the edges.

I'm not sure if this is possible.

screensnapr, doesn't appear to be working correctly recently. I hope they are working on it. :-(
