Freddy has a special form on his site, so permission is not needed. He allows the sales by default.

Furthermore, you might lower your price. With such a small difference between the official price and your price, members would prefer to buy it on the site. US$20 is a good price point.

Yes, no longer needed from Freddy. If you sold it, just fill in the form and Freddy will transfer it to the new owner.

It seems he changed the rules. So my answer is not correct anymore.

Any kind of sharing or (re)selling the software is not allowed. That means if you buy a themaPoster license from some existing user (which is selling and violating the terms), you will get banned eventually.
