does anyone know.. what is this? my phone number is same from many years then why i have to re register sim card? can anyone tell is this a normal process or my account is in danger?

Your account is completely out of danger, It is normal procedure and if you are with keepar easy to fix and will be again active within 2-3 days.

Also i suggest, if you are smartphone user get enable e-num facility.
