German servers are hard to get nowadays and most datacenters are out of stock or take 5-10 days to setup servers so we're not advertising them anymore.
We preger russia over germany because russia is totally safe and very fast.

can you access it through proxy?
your ip (range) migh be blocked by the firewall

Oh my Gosh, no not for german servers, i mean support for german people they want hosting in russia etc. germans dont host a warez-site on a german server lol they preferrer russia, netherland, sweden or louxemburg.

So you can advert for your offshore hosting on germany not good?
