The amount you are trying to send exceeds your transaction limit as an unverified member. Become AlertPay Verified to lift this transaction limit.

When I added credit card, it said -
Due to temporary difficulties we cannot process MasterCard/Visa transactions at this time. Please try again later, or use an American Express card.

What that ?

Whats the limit amount ? Is that daily, monthly ?

I'm getting an "an error occured"-error when I try to reset my transaction PIN!

The security questions were answered correctly...
I wrote to the support but didn't get anything yet :(

My customer support team has just responded to your query, as to why your account cannot be downgraded. Please reply to that email as opposed to sending a new ticket concerning this matter.
