text about your site

Hello guys, maybe a stupid question im sorry, but how and where can i setup this text (when i go with my mouse cursor to a site tab opened in a browser and it shows a particular text about your site)

use SEO by yoast plugin in wordpress

You mean the page title part of your site? the one you see on the tab??

Yes! When you open a site in your browser and navigate your mouse cursor to that small tab.

All can be set in SEO by Yoast. If you do not use this plugin, set it up in your general settings!
