I have signed up this month on estrowebservices.com hosting provider because i wanted to feel safe for the dmca last provider has suspended me, all was going good until this last week all was going down and down i had in the past some minor downtimes but i thought it is ok this week i lost all my traffic for my webiste and no more earnings after this now i will suffer much damage, they not reply on 24 hours and they have 24x7 advert on their website you can see more claims of customers here Where can I find support ...... estrowebservices they answered me on their topic EstroWebServices - cPanel/nginx/varnish/Cloudlinux/Softaculous starting $10/year (NL) - Page 8 that we have a timezone difference, even if we have it why you advertise 24x7 ? put the correct info and not lie to customers regarding this and tell truth that you are not able to fix the servers and you have overselled servers and this issue is causing the downtime.
My second domain transfered after this to subscrition i had on shared of scopehosts.com for this situation, i never like them because i always have trouble with them and read reviews bad for them, their vps had issues all the time you can see reviews from rest customers, and a joke happened today my website in their shared again down and their main website down too you wait too much time to answer to tickets and they had in past 24x7 which they changed to 18x7 and the phone number was never available now my websites are down at the moment never again i will use for sure scopehosts and estrowebservices i made a serious mistake

thanks for a review. its possible they had some serious issue on the server, it does not mean it will not get fixed soon or later
PS: $10/year price for the webhosting looks suspicious to me if it is big disk space and unlimited data transfer or similar ads.
 
Dear Mark_DE,
There was Issue with our Network [routing issues] from Datacenter due to which Downtime was occurred.
We co-operated with DC technicians & resolved the situation on priority basis , little bit delay was there due to time zone

Now every thing is working fine.

Our main node has been targeted with ddos attacks. But none of the shared hosting servers are down. None of the client websites are down.

Its just our website, we are configuring new layer of protection. Any issues just browse our website without https and its available.

Why you lie scopehost who you exactly lie? You are a non professional hosting with many negative reviews and now i understand why is this, first you told me that you are doing some servers maintenance without ever a proper notification that you will do, i think that you have some problem and try to excuse yourself with a maintenance of servers, next time be more professional and not try to lie to me and threat me like a idiot i am loosing traffic because of this and you play your games next time i wont choose you, yes you was down and clients websites was down, why i opened this thread?

There was lagging on the connectivity of the server, due to attacks. Which has been resolved now. The server was not completely down. Some part of the world had high pinging and lost connectivity for some time. Our technicians worked around the clock to make sure, attacks are cleared.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused during this period. And we are compensating all the shared hosting clients of this server for 1 month free subscription. We are here to provide service, never to threat any of our clients. Hardware maintenance can come to anytime for any hosting company. These cannot be avoided.
