im Totally agree wit this there is something wrong with downlods and sales from the begin of the month and when i told this to terafile he told me everything is ok so glad that someone else feel the same
please fix terafile coz im feeling this is starting with the promo thing thats not acceptable at all every month i used to make a lot of sales but just 2 sales from the begining of the month is so strange

Forget sales, I haven't even had downloads for days (close to week soon). Makes one think why to hold links that get no traffic whatsoever as primary...
With this shit rule (modification) at least some things have to be given. Better terms for free downloaders or something like that. To actually give incentive to download & perhaps go on to buy premium.

1. The free download speed is so slow. Is it able to maximize the speed of my line if I buy the premium membership?
2. The 25GB/day limit is too low. I have to spend a lot of days downloading some blu-ray discs. It's inconvenient.
3. Is it one time payment or subscription? Will I be charged next month without my authorization? Can I disable it in the control panel? Should I change my credit card number to stop it?
Here is an uploader-oriented forum, so the information never passed to filehost admins, no wonder such a stupid rule is adopted by TF admin.
You guys worry about debrid services and ask for daily download limitation instead of other approaches; it results in the worst situation.

@gibalah: That's a great perspective. I wish we could have both perspectives here. I did know about crap download speed for free, though. But nothing to be done about it. Even with adding web page it wouldn't be very fast (as opposed to some hosters who provide customizations in that front).
The only advantage of TF is that files are never expired if an uploader is a premium member.

Use JQuery to add a click event to each download link so that it can pass outbound link information to Google Analytics or elsewhere, and you will know how many users click them.
If the information logged by Google Analytics is highly different from the statas page of a filehost, you can say the filehost shaves a lot of download counts.
If the information logged by Google Analytics is almost matched the stats page of a filehost, you can say your visitors don't like this filehost.
Of course, it only works if you own a site.
