Yes, it's possible. A 302 redirect can cause Baidu to follow the redirect and start crawling the destination domain. It doesn't transfer authority like a 301, but crawlers still follow it, so it's normal to see traffic from Baidu after a few days...
try to see in the next few days

I know Baidu will block 18+ sites after a few days or months. It's a bonus for me, lol.
