Buying templates + logins for MP5

I was looking forward to buying MultiPoster, but wont be having much time to be registering and making templates.

I wanted to know how much would it cost to hire someone to register and make the templates for high traffic forums only (Be it English or forums in other languages as long as they accept porn uploads.)
