Template for movie subtitle download site

Hi all,

I need a little help with a CMS/script/template call it whatever you want.

I would like to create a site for downloading movie subtitles similar to these:

I cnow it can be done in WP but my question is is there any premium template or CMS that can do this function with some smal changes?

Themeforst is best option to choose high quality SEO friendly WP themes.

Ofc i know for TF but there is nothing like that there, i need a custom theme or if someone already made something like that.
