i need reseller hosting for my new web hosting site.

i am looking for:

unlimited disk/bandwidth
99% uptime
24/7 support
with all feathers

There should be plenty enough options available for you to chose between. And a little note the "Unlimited" thing is most oftenly re-called back in your Terms of Service saying "Unlimited" actually means the physical limit of the server.
 
Your request has a few trouble.

99% Uptime mean every month a server can be down for a few hours. That's okay with you? I do not sure.
Unlimited Disk Space/Bandwidth, huh? This is not true. You will see limits on cpu cores, I/O, server speed and many other type of limits which will effect your sites as well. Also these servers should have overselling completely.

Please rethink or at least try to go up your request.
