Update: haven't heard anything back yet from Brad. He hasn't send me any email about anything that is going on, has not texted me, has not showed up online.
I just had a technician working on our server he used KVM to change the root password of the main server to see if there was any data left...the bad news there is nothing..no logs of anyone getting into the main node, and Brad was the last person who has logged in to it.
He is the only one that has access to paypal and alertpay accounts, everything in WHMCS is removed and I cannot track anything back about our client history. Don't think you're the only one who's scammed, I've lost my total investment as well. I'll do anything to retrieve at least the client information and the access to paypal and alertpay.

It seems like TehWebz have got hacked by someone at hackforums.net.
While we are working on finding out why and most importantly - how we got hacked - I am giving all our clients full refunds.

EDIT: Okay. TehWebz.com is no more. Some people have should have received their refunds now. Working on the others now.

I just want everyone to know that I'm sorry and I tried my hardest on my own.
If everyone could open a dispute in Paypal/alertpay, I'll process the refunds.
