are they defo inbuilt ddos protected last time i got one from else where that got them from same suppliers from where you got yours it was down every day
 
Been using then for about 2 weeks now. Had a few problems to start with but everything is working well at the moment. Thanks to brad for all his efforts in getting things up and running.

We are currently upgrading all our clients to a new 1Gbps server. (Including your two servers)
This is probably what caused the Tun/Tap to be disabled.

We will turn them back on now. We will send you an email when you have been transfered to the new server. :)

moving you mean i need to request another tun/tap request again? im planning to order another vps, should i wait till the migration is completed?

edit:
actually both of my vps's tun/tap is not yet enabled could you please double check?

Hm. That's weird.
Could you please check again now? :)

You won't need to request Tun/Tap to be enabled on the other server.
I would wait till we have changed servers before purchasing another one.
Create a ticket when you do. We'll make sure you get a good deal seeing as this will be your third. :)

my first server:
cat /dev/net/tun
cat: /dev/net/tun: No such device



second server:
cat /dev/net/tun
cat: /dev/net/tun: No such device


could you please check it and confirm me if it's enabled?

lastly i will surely create a ticket on my 3rd purchase =)
hope i can purchase tomorrow although i was happy with 100mbps port.

Hi,
Can you please try restarting your server:
shutdown -r now
Could be that...

Hopefully you'll be even more happy tomorrow then! :)
 
now this is getting frustrating. just did restarted the server using shutdown -r now
and still gets same message on 2 servers.

cat: /dev/net/tun: No such device

do you got msn or something so i can add you up?
