The server you are on is being DOS'd atm. We have been forced to shutdown certaain crucial services such as http,ftp. It will resume its operation once the attack has been mitigated.

Even manuel transmit wouldn't work,so i added a credit card to my paypal and purchased via Paypal checkout button. Invoice 1751 is paid now..

Note: Seems i accidently chose Alertypay to go payment,and on billing page i chose paypal and used paypal checkout button.However,on billing site it shows payment method alertpay.Hope that's not a problem.
