Yes Mate. All pending orders will be delayed since our NL servers are full and new servers havent arrived yet. It may take upto 48-72 hours to activate NL orders. Please bear with us in the meantime or if you have an emergency we can either shift you to the US or refund if you .

Yes Mate You can take the US server however we cannot later shift you an unless an issue occurs coz that would cost us double setup charges. If you are willing to stick to the US plan why not we can setup your sBorg right away :)

Yes the speeds to FS re low today. seems like thay have issues with their servers. Our servers are up and running and working seamlessly. However we are trying to determine the cause of the slow speeds and fix it asap.

We have finally got the new servers that we had ordered.Will be setting up your sBorg within just a few hours.Just testing and tweaking the server now for best performance.Seems really good.I am sure you will like the performance and the wait will be worth it.

Looks like a configuration issue.Please open a support ticket and it will be resolved ASAP.Also,please kindly note,its a sales thread and not a support thread.So,please use live chat and ticket system for support related queries and problems as it will result in much quicker response.

Hey seems your website is offline or running really slowly for me to be able to contact support, or write a ticket, I have a problem, I want to carry on my Payment for my sborg but the date shown is from the 10/09/2011, I have had extra days from one of your support staff because I was having problems with it, but I want to pay for another month today, but cant cause it says its from the 10/09/2001 and havent got a Invoice to pay.

I am really liking the service from Tehhost, as I am getting great speeds, and you have always had great support.

Edit: I have now been able to post a ticket,

Mate seems to me as some kind of a WHMCS misconfiguration. If you arent able to open a support ticket please PM me with your portal details and I am going to personally take a look at it.

Actually,people's choice of servers depends on the choice of Filehosts.Hence we have servers on both popular countries(USA,NL).Planning to have servers in more countries in future.:)
