Sorry for my noob question, I have never used a vps before, how can i access this server? is there a remote desktop or something like that?

stupid payapl is not accepted in soooo many countries, alertpay is so much better
 
You can access it via SSH, we use a program named putty. Its command line based. At this time we do not offer alertpay, we are waiting on them to deposit the verification funds into our account to verify the account. So i say a couple days and we will be accepting alertpay.
