Tomorrow night or sunday night we haven't decided yet there will be about 20 minutes of downtime as we add more ram to the server and another 2 TB Hard Drive. Just letting everybody know in advance. you can check out network information at http://forums.technihost.com

thats alright, we wanted to make sure that it wasnt any other problem besides propagation. that is why we took it so serious when you submitted the ticket. We take everything serious at first and then we escalate them as needed. Everything is priority 1 at first then we slowly move the tickets as needed. This helps get attention to all tickets as needed, thus mitigating major problems.

why has my vps been suspended with out any warning or email.. you said that you did not do this but you email your clients to let them know before hand :(

i have sent a ticket and tryed to talk over msn and also your live support but nothing no reply of any kind on even on your "live support"

Added after 10 Hours 13 minutes:

To everyone that has been experiencing slow sites and slow download rates we have the issue figured out, it was we was out of ram so we added 8 GB of ram to the server equaling 24 GB of ram, we aren't placing any more VPS on this server as we don't want to max it out again. Instead we are working on a new AMD server that will be up and ready to go tonight. By 1130PM EST! A couple of the high resource intense customers will be moved to this box allowing for some lead way in the openvz1 box. Thus creating more processing power for the rest of the smaller VPS servers on the openvz1 box.

We apologize for those of you who haven't gotten what they paid for and we promise this isn't going to happen again!

We will be running a promotion for those of you who want to test out the new box! Thank you for understanding!

Yes TorrentFlux is allowed. A lot of people get confused because its in our TOS that its not and we just put that there to protect ourselves. We will not use it against you, if your causing a problem we will refund your money and nicely let you know whats going on and give you time to move everything without suspending you..given you answer the ticket in a quick manner.
