take video from android

do you have any Idea how to take video from my android screen !??!?!
there is some applications , which one u suggest ?!
notice it : my phone is unroot and i dont want to root it anyhow!

Lot of applications are available for screen recording but I think all are compatible with rooted devices ... I tried some for unrooted but they are not working on KiKat OS ...

Hi! I think normally all the phone has some function like recording or something ? Well, it supposed to with the camera thing together ?

why not try to record with other hd camera. because you not need to root so
