Hi, anyone interested exchanging links with TagDDL.com?? Your website link will be located on TagDDL.com left-sidebar.

My website isn't listed on Katz though :( perhaps because we only provide Mediafire links. :))

But it is listed on :

something wrong on your site, my link isn't working well

What do you mean by footer link replacements?
 
The main goal of link exchange idea, is to risen up our website's pagerank. The more quality backlink your website has, the better your website rank as seen by google.

as far as i know, bots, I remember read it somewhere, including google, ONLY crawl maximum of 100 links on one page

If, you put any website link on your footer, most likely, google won't consider it or even won't read it as a backlink
