Years ago, people used Tables to layout webpages.
I have some questions about the use of tables in a webpage.
Q1. Even when I am essentially trying to post data in an Excel-like format, should I refrain from using a table and use <ul> tags?
Q2 Is it fair to say that grids based on CSS are the latest in page layout scheme?
Q3. Or, are float-based layouts better?
