Not sure if Sydney has a datacenter but for Miami VPS you can contact netrouting.com their US datacenter is located in Miami.

Burst.net also has VPS'es there, but Burstnet is a little low budget. If uptime is crucial I'd definitely recommend NetRouting!

Just out of curiosity - why would you require VPS's in all these locations?
Maybe some sort of cloud instance would suit you more, where you could choose locations especially.
