Sxyprn.com- Acc not approved

Hi, i just signed up account on sxyprn.com but i could not upload video on it because it displayed "Acc not approved" whenever i clicked send button
What is wrong with it? How could i uppload on it?

Maybe it changed to manual approval or some kind issues behind the server. Talk to that site Admin first to see their statement

I was able to upload a file until today, and today I ran into the same problem. I tried to register a new account and the problem is the same.
