lol tried resellers panel for sum time an made a few really great sales. now recently i stopped promoting cuz I hate their 1 year plans. :p
but in no way they will allow warez lol

better buy a normal reseller accs in a normal host (if u don't have much server side experience) or a dedi if possible.

Anything can be considered offshore, depends who is looking at it. Sweden is offshore in my opinion.. Resellerpanel does have Sweden hosting. I've talked with them on phone and they have said warez linking is allowed.

I did have a server, but no one bought from me and caused me to lose my investment of over $200. I'm stuck with this until I earn back my money.
 
Your offer 10gb space and 100gb bandwidth is not bad. MySql databases just too much limited. Edit: you have different info here and at your site.
