Thread has been opened back again.
MediaStar kindly contact the abuse department of hosthatch so that they can look into the case.
HH-Abdullah He didn't mention your company in the title or the post he just showed a Screenshot of the logging in ip.
Yes he was your old customer but now he is facing an issue due to someone using your server
So Kindly Check The Problem
Thanks & Regards

That's an old story now, try solving it for us now?Razer,
Please check the logs on this thread. The thread title was "Suspicious logins from HostHatch". The thread title was changed after I reported it. I did not ask for it to be closed but just checked as it was not fair to include HostHatch in the title, since it is not our fault if a customer using an IP address does this.
I would have be happy to personally check his problem if he contacted me and did not post a thread with a title that associates HostHatch with hacking to create drama.
The official way is to send support@hosthatch.com an email and they will pass it on to abuse and it will get taken care of. He should follow the official ways since I don't think he deserves to get any personal treatment from me after he blames me or my company for hacking.
HH-Abdullah Sorry it was my mistake ,
But Yes it was a quick reaction he took by taking your name. But Sometimes people don't know what they end up posting,
But to be straight a user did try to hack his account by using one of your servers so kindly check the issue out
Thanks
HH-Abdullah, That issue is sorted now, your host's name is now removed from the thread title. If you really care about your company's reputation, you should have helped us out with this minor issue by now and that'd have showed up on Google, adding to your reputation. He was a previous client and knew that I was a member here. He could have simply messaged me privately or contacted support email. I do believe that the company that has control over the IP address in question would be able to assist better than the community in this case. However, he instead decided to put the company name in the title and start a thread about it. You should note that the title that he chose is going to get listed at google and so on....
I am sorry if I was hostile in any of my postings.
Alright then, @OP : You are advised to follow these steps and act immediately.Froomple, I have told you what we can do. We can only do it after he sends in an email. I have not seen him send one until now. I cannot post a client's personal information or internal IP logs, or give access of it to anyone since it is considered illegal by law.

We have enough things to do and our reputation says it. We don't need to hack your gmail account.
Yet you were asking for help on a free service (http://www.wjunction.com/1708842-post10.htm). As you are an old client, you could have at least tried to contact me or normal support, but it looks like instead you wanted to create some drama.
