Surfing, new scammer!

See these screen shots before i say something:

we made a Deal for RS account for $4 in wjunction's shoutbox
HIS 1st PM:

Then i sent him $4 but paypal kept some 48 cents which he started crying about but as i promised $4 so i thought to give him extra so that he can make $4 after deduction also .So i sent another 48 cents, and paypal took 38 cents out of it so ..i took back my entire payment and told the real customer, who wanted the account to contact surfing and deal with him himself.
meanwhile he sent me the account

Now i started realizing that it was bad on my part and he was right that i made the deal, so i should pay him but then i get to know that my friend has already made up a deal with him. ALL CLEAN DEAL and surfing is still bugging me and threatening me to contact a moderator! and guess what, he made a deal with him on the SAME day, 25th feb with surfing. But he kept on lieing to me..

I mean, what the shit, how can u u lose ur self respect for just $4 :\

yet another scammer on WJ.

two reasons behind that
1. I know nitish personally from past many years and have full faith on him. he cant do this cheap thing.
2.Also He quoted that nitish gave me acc and i was not involved in the transaction at all.And also i saw transaction records this shows that he is bloody scammer and just waisting our time.

It is not the matter of $4 but this bloody people spoils the environment of WJ.

the main thing is, its just a small thing and knowingly that my friend will ofcourse tell me if he made the transaction still he played a cheap game..
 
I'm not saying you are lying, but there are two sides to every story, and before anyone starts making accusations we should hear Surfing's side.

if you dont have any meaning of $4 then just pay me $4 everyday as simple as that.
Scamming is Scamming whether it is of $4 or $100.
We just want that WJ should be clean from these people
 
I am only saying that there are two sides to every story, that doesn't mean that I believe that Surfing isn't a scammer, it just means that screenshots don't prove anything, due to the fact that they can be photoshopped.

Also it doesn't matter if you get scammed for $0.10 or $5000, it is still scamming.
