Suggest me something good

I am running a warezlinking forum
I need to get my host shifted from the present one.
My payment method: LR
B/W - 70 GB
space - 5 GB

please suggest me some stable host, really a good one.
I am just hating the problem occuring with my host, every other day!

& Ya, it should also accept traffic from DDL's namely Katz, *****, Mecho, Atomicwarez and DDL0, etc etc....
Please do suggest
