For 13 K go for more liability go for Nokia the cheaper samsung models are rubbish the high end ones are very good add more 2K and buy Wave 2 worth every cent better than galaxy s 5 MP camera with flash Bada OS gorilla touch just superb

For 16.5k u can get samsung galaxy S. I use it and its too amazing.
Samsung is the best in smart phones.
Ace is also good but lil more small than S.
