Suggest me a mobile

Hi pals,
I am thinking of getting a new mobile. I am from India and i was searching a lot of shopping sites in india , and there are many more which i dint visit. my budget is 10,000-12,000 INR or 200-220 USD . Can you guys please suggest me a best mobile=) . If possible give me a link where i can get it for cheap price.
No Qwerty mobile suggestions please.
What do you guys think about Samsung Ace?

Currently i am using Nokia 5230 with Symbian, may i know why you dont suggest android.

LOL iphone 4 is double of my budget. Please be clear with mobile name u r suggesting.
@silvia Xperia x10 got a very small display and it doesnt worth my price. It dont have good battery backup too.

Currently i am using symbian i again dont want to go with that. Dont have a wide range of apps. So i avoid it >_<
