OVH This site is stupid. I entered it and did not understand anything. There is no customer service, only money. This is crazy

As of 2019, it was the largest hosting provider in Europe, and the third largest in the world based on physical servers.

You can also setup 100TB, 200TB and unlimited traffic.

OVH I know this hosting. I am talking about support. There is no customer service support, not even any support, meaning I cannot even send them any message.
I even created an account and I couldn't send a message to them. If I wanted to send them a message, I pay money. This is crazy.
