Subtitle Application?

Hi,

I'm tired of having subtitles that aren't synchronized with the movie so I'm looking for an application that allows me to like delay the subtitles for 2 seconds. (Or make them show earlier)

Anyone knows such a program?

^And how is this helping me? If it was up to me I wouldn't need subtitles but my gf does so.

Any application that allows me to delay the subtitles with like 2 seconds with 1 click?
