Subnetting Help

Well in my IT class my professor went over this really fast and I didnt really get it. This is the assignment he gave me for my homework.

Can anyone help me with an overview on how to figure this out. Or link me to a good tutorial that is somewhat easy to understand and complete?

I wasnt sleeping lol. He left off some information is what I think. Like how many subnets I am figuring for, and also the subnet masks it says he would be providing.

If your professor didn't provide you the subnetmasks, how can you make these exercises? Or do you have to complete it with standard subnetmasks...??
