I received an email today from Google asking me to allow Googlebot to fetch the videos on my website:

Subject from Google:
Allow Googlebot to fetch your video content files for xxxx.com

The email mentioned that Google has noticed a significant amount of explicit video pages on my site, but Googlebot is unable to fetch the video files. It also said that allowing Googlebot to fetch video files helps Google understand the content, and ensures compliance with policies regarding explicit material. Otherwise, it could significantly affect how my video pages rank in Google Search, especially in Video mode.

However, I had already allowed Googlebot to fetch all content a long time ago. It seems that Googlebot is still being blocked.

Is there any possibility to change the rules in your robots.txt so that Googlebot can fetch my video content correctly?

Yes i can allow that, it was disabled the first day we launched streamup, but i can allow that for those kind of crawl bots.

CORS policy added, now you can access it through JavaScript.

Since optimization on database doesn't always works and bring it down, for this reason for the first time since launch of streamup we had to upgrade Database and our Cache server to give the best experience

we planned something for ZOOM upload as we getting the most uploads from there, we will order an 200 Gbps server for this with the encoding system rebuild to encode more videos at same time then now and play video before encode done. and we also plan to upgrade our storage servers to 5G (Now is 1G) the coming month so that we do faces the common errors anymore.
