If your video is in process, "Transferring video, Queued, Encoding" if in any of this process, you'll see it appear again, i suggest delete it after they are status "Active"
 
Thank you for the folders, is there any change to make it public, like BW or dood do ?

What is the "make it public"

I thought it would be bad UX to have folder on search too, but maybe i was wrong and i will add folder to search.

when I do filtering of my files with "search" I can not move filtered files to my folder, so folders are pointless with many files in my dashboard, moving them one-by-one tooks centuries.

And the second (first) : make it public means every folder has own address, which shows all the files in folder to anyone, who can click and watch on any video in folder

the second option the "make it public" hurting my brain,. but i will add the folder on search page
