Video upload and processing are now functioning.
According to the owner, the server has been split into 4 to improve upload speed, prevent bottlenecks, and enable near-instant encoding.
Just re-upload the video that have the “waiting” status or delete and reupload.
The team confirmed that Zoom uploads will be fixed later, web uploads are working.

What about the recurring problems with uploading and playing videos?

What about the payment delay? This is something we're not used to; we're used to receiving payments every day.

you see you just need a little bit of patience, the owner is paying so next time just hold your balls and wait patiently :)
 
I actually asked the owner about that, and luckily it looks like he’ll be managing the host for a long time.
As for the upload part, I haven’t asked him yet. I’ve already emailed him quite a bit earlier, so I figured I’d give him a break.
I’m sure they’ll fix it though, since he mentioned it earlier.
