They have this notice in the dashboard, I think they are currently fixing things. Hopefully... I do really hope everything got fixed soon and back to normal.

"Our strmup.cc domain is back online, please allow us sometime while we work on fixing the problem on counter"

Well, let's hope they fix the issue. They still haven't addressed the thumbnail issue which is crucial for many others and it's been getting worse with almost 90% of videos having black screen. PM'ed them several times but they chose to ignore me. Sad that they fell to this low.
 
I made a payment request on February 1st, but I still haven’t received it, and almost all of my daily earnings have disappeared for the past three days.
Fortunately, I have several video hosting options with better rates that I can switch to immediately.
