upload speed is too slow, i have never used such a slow server before, sorry, i dont mean to complain
it's rare to get FTP server slow down, i would suggest using FTP for upload

I use the file upload function
peak time upload slow down server, most people use ZOOM and browser upload, and not most use FTP upload
