When a new video is uploaded, it's not playing due to an error code 232011. I deleted such video and reuploaded it, and it works. But this error periodically appears on newly uploaded videos! I have to upload the same videos several times to make it play! Please fix it!

Since it has never played once, that mean it got transferred to an server which driver was full. and i forgot to turn off transfer for that server yesterday
