the reports are frozen they didn't move for like 30 min from when i started to refresh, reward + views are both frozen nothing is moving, please check @osmankhan

Hello videos are taking like 1 to 2 min to start and after that there is buffering and now while im writing this i see on the same video error message >>> This video file cannot be played ( Error Code : 232001 ) please add more servers and fix this error message @osmankhan
bandwidth usage has increased significantly today, this buffer issues will be fixed itself in few hours

Can you configure Jwplayer player to support mobile videos or enable Plyr? Also maybe it's worth disabling unnecessary things from the context menu such as a link to the site and info about the video?

@osmankhan Hi, sorry to bother you, but the videos uploaded now with remote upload, remain in "download" and if I try to upload from file upload the upload gets blocked, can you check please?

Still finding some stuff member.
Upload that thumbnail again, i forgot which servers i transferred this thumbnail to
1 or 2 days problem doesn't mean permanent problem, before our servers would go down in 2 days which was month ago, now it never goes down, we learn from problem and we make it better, of course we we're not prepared, almost all servers yesterday got overloaded, we learn from problem and make it better, we always listen to our users not like other hosts.

in fact every minutes we get 4-5 videos uploaded. of course this slow down the servers, and we're looking for some server that provide 10gbps, we use 1 gbps at the moment

if yesterday, then yes true, most of the servers got overloaded and videos was buffering.
