This is not about limits of remote upload, but traffic has increasing and increasing

Remote upload and file upload are disabled temporary until i do further improvement, hope the recovered speed help now

Update

As uploaders increase more problems come, we didn't knew the IP limit was not set per users on the new counter, so during this down time we fixed this to be per users, and we increased the limit to 10 IP for short period of time

so the problem for the views decrease last week wasn't because of the ESET, that make no sense if on our old counter everyone had the view counting well, of course more uploaders starting using it, but it took us long to notice the errors. i hope the new counter is now fixed

so the new counter will perform well just like the old counter?
