I still believe that there should be the option not to encode the videos
nor lower the quality
because most videos are already ready to be played directly without the need to re-encode

you should consider it
this way you also avoid bottlenecks on their servers :)

bandwidth cost would be higher for streamtape.
+ when files are not encoded yet and have higher size, they will buffer.
 
Hi @Streamtape Video converting is stuck on 0% could you check pls? its been like that for like 5 min usually you see 1 to 10% after just few second.

its converted now after like 30 min of the video been 0%
