Changelog:

  • Subtitle size adjusted ( in the next days we will try to add an feature where you can decide which size the subtitles should have)

For now the limits we are very generous and account based (not IP-based), you probably wont hit them with normal usage. In case you hit them we send you a HTTP 429 - Limit Reached response, in this case you are probably doing something wrong. Contact us in question

We are not openload but thanks for the feedback. Feel free to pm me the filelink we can check it. Our convert queue is pretty full right now but the converting speed should still be good right now.
 
I wanted to implement the api in my management system, but it generates an error 500.

I don't want to sound cheap but to get support in the next 2-3 weeks a fee is necessary and I don't see that in the product

We just had one payment request yet and he tried to block our popups ads and tried to scam us. But feel free to request a payout if you have enough funds. Maybe it takes a little more than 24 hours at the moment because our payment partner has to get used to us. But you should receive your money within a maximum of 48 hours. As soon as there is more payouts we will be able to meet 24 hours without any problems
