Whitelisting - the 2nd one - definitely works like charm, which is a great advantage for me as I do really need to keep my visitors on my site.
I'm gonna give a little time for the 1st one. Maybe gonna get back to normal. The issue might be caused by some mis-caching or something. BTW if you could take a look at it on your end that'd be really great help!

just a quick note/question: checking "Block direct access & only allow embeds" (Dashboard / Video Settings / Video Access Settings) doesn't really seem to prevent video getting played by using direct link.

I'm not sure if I'm getting its purpose right but I expect "Video not found" message if video is accessed directly - just like when I make another restiction by setting "Only allow the following domains to embed" whitelist. Is that correct?

Even if u block direct links u can always see your videos, if u are logged in account.

we are getting hit by an little DDOS attack (which is not little) and we migrated already most of it. The videos are working only streamtape.com will not be available from time to time in the next minutes.

And before anyone writes that its not mucha / playtube's ddos please dont spread any fake rumors here
