Stuck at Video convertion or stuck at video encoding process....
If i upload video with size like 400MB up to 1GB video convertion stuck and not finish..

how i can wait for 30 minutes or more for only 1 video convertion ????
If i upload 50 videos, when all 50 videos can be finish to convertion ???

I don't understand why you don't disable "conversion" in the settings for no encode, we just even added new encoding servers, however for fast encode we're recommending disabled "conversion"

Hi, sorry for the delay, we just pushed the update to production server for thumbnail change, please check it on settings:

We will also release another update tomorrow for our API, included with URL upload API and thumbnail/subtitle upload API, and of course adding support for more platform links on remote upload
