Matt, 20 days is more than sufficient to fix this ERROR if there is one, but apparently it is not getting anywhere and it seems like THIS is getting worse by the day. Why can't you just simply tell everyone that this is the NEW streamin/zstream in order for us to quit our high hopes that things will get better. You have our loyalty but do not lie to us. We will stay through thick and thin but please, quit the scenario of "WE-LOCATED-THE-PROBLEM-AND-WE-WILL-FIX-IT-VERY-SOON-DOUBLE-RATE-FOR-COUPLE-OF-DAYS". 20 days and I know, we know, you know that WE know that we are not having what we worked for.
