How much of the video needs to be watched before its counted?

I thought it was 25% like I read earlier in the thread but I've tested with over 75% and still not showing up.
 
Obviously views from my ip where I'm logged in on won't count. Used a completely different computers on a different network as well as a phone for my tests.. Is there a lag between the view being counted and showing up?

View are counted after 30min , i have test that they count all views
this host is the best and clean one
